Top 5 T20 innings with most extras

Can you guess which team carries the bad record of carelessly throwing the most number of extras in a T20 innings?  I don’t understand why the top 2 places in this list are occupied by the same ground. Is it the carelessness of the team or fault of the ground?

In the history of T20s, team Zimbabwe is the 5th most expensive team in terms of extras. Zimbabwe spent 25 extras out of total score 178 against India in 2015 at Harare which included 8 byes, 3 leg byes, 13 wides and 1 no ball.

Currently, team Bangladesh is the 4th most expensive team in terms of extras. Bangladesh spent 26 extras out of total score 198 against Sri Lanka in 2013 at Pallekele which included 7 leg byes and 19 wides.

Team South Africa is the 3rd most expensive team in terms of extras. South Africa spent 26 extras out of total score 230 against England in 2016 at Mumbai which included 6 leg byes and 20 wides.

Team West Indies is the 2nd most expensive team in terms of extras. West Indies spent 28 extras out of total score 208 against South Africa in 2007 at Johannesburg which included 4 leg byes, 23 wides and 1 no ball.

Finally, in the history of T20s, team South Africa is the most expensive team ever in terms of extras. South Africa spent 29 extras out of total score 131 against West Indies in 2008 at Johannesburg which included 15 byes, 9 leg byes and 5 wides.
