Till date, Sachin Tendulkar of India had the 5th longest Test career span of 24 years 1 day.
His career spanned from 15 November 1989 to 16 November 2013, where he played 200 Test matches.

George Headley of West Indies had the 4th longest Test career span of 24 years 10 days.
His career spanned from 11 January 1930 to 21 January 1954, where he played 22 matches.

Frank Woolley of England had the 3rd longest Test career span of 25 years 13 days.
His career spanned from 9 August 1909 to 22 August 1934, where he played 64 matches.

Brian Close of England had the 2nd longest Test career span of 26 years 356 days.
His career spanned from 23 July 1949 to 13 July 1976, where he played 22 matches.

And finally, in the history of cricket, Wilfred Rhodes of England had the longest Test career span of 30 years 315 days.
His career spanned from 1 Jun 1899 to 12 April 1930, where he played 58 matches.
