As of now, Brad Hogg of Australia has the 5th worst economy rate of 19 in a T20.
Hogg had given 38 runs in 2 overs against South Africa in the year 2006 at Johannesburg.

Andrew Symonds of Australia currently occupies the 4th spot in the list with an economy rate of 19.5.
Symonds had given 39 runs in 2 overs against New Zealand in the year 2007 at Perth.

Jeffrey Vandersay of Sri Lanka occupies the 3rd spot with an economy rate of 20.5.
Vandersay had given 41 runs in 2 overs against New Zealand in the year 2016 at Auckland.

Mark Watt of Scotland occupies the 2nd spot with an economy rate of 20.5.
Watt had given 41 runs in 2 overs against Afghanistan in the year 2015 at Edinburgh.

And finally, in a T20, Ravichandran Ashwin of India has the worst economy rate of 20.5.
Ashwin had given 41 runs in 2 overs against Australia in the year 2013 at Rajkot.
