Imtiaz had achieved this feat against New Zealand in the year 1955 at Lahore.

Pakistani wicketkeeper Taslim Arif currently occupies the 4th spot with 210* runs,
scored against Australia in the year 1980 at Faisalabad.

Indian wicketkeeper MS Dhoni occupies the 3rd spot with 224 runs,
scored against Australia in the year 2013 at Chennai.

Sri Lankan wicketkeeper Kumar Sangakkara currently occupies the 2nd spot with 230 runs,
scored against Pakistan in the year 2002 at Lahore.

And finally, as a wicketkeeper Andy Flower of Zimbabwe has the highest individual score of 232* runs in Tests.
Flower had achieved this feat against India in the year 2000 at Nagpur.
