As of now, as a captain Michael Clarke of Australia has the 5th highest individual score of 329* runs from 468 balls in Tests.
Clarke had achieved this feat against India in the year 2012 at Sydney.

scored against India in the year 1990 at Lord's.

Mark Taylor of Australia occupies the 3rd spot with 334* runs from 564 balls,

And finally, as a captain Brian Lara of West Indies has the highest individual score of 400* runs from 582 balls in Tests.
Lara had achieved this feat against England in the year 2004 at St John's.
