Gregory took only 67 balls to score the hundred against South Africa in the year 1921 at Johannesburg.

Currently, Adam Gilchrist of Australia has hit the 4th fastest hundred in Tests.
Gilchrist took only 57 balls to score the hundred against England in the year 2006 at Perth.

Misbah-ul-Haq of Pakistan has hit the 3rd fastest hundred.
Misbah took only 56 balls to score the hundred against Australia in the year 2014 at Abu Dhabi.

Vivian  Richards of West Indies has hit the 2nd fastest hundred.
Viv took only 56 balls to score the hundred against England in the year 1986 at St John's.

And finally, Brendon McCullum of New Zealand currently has the fastest Test ton to his name.
McCullum took only 54 balls to score the hundred against Australia in the year 2016 at Christchurch.
