As of date, Brendon McCullum of New Zealand has taken the 5th least amount of time to score a test hundred.
McCullum took only 78 minutes to score the hundred against Australia in the year 2016 at Christchurch.

Currently, Richie Benaud of Australia has hit the 4th fastest hundred in Tests.
Benaud took only 78 minutes to score the hundred against West Indies in the year 1955 at Kingston.

Gilbert Jessop of England has hit the 3rd fastest hundred.
Jessop took only 77 minutes to score the hundred against Australia in the year 1902 at The Oval.

Misbah-ul-Haq of Pakistan has hit the 2nd fastest hundred.
Misbah took only 74 minutes to score the hundred against Australia in the year 2014 at Abu Dhabi.

And finally, Jack Gregory of Australia has taken the least amount of time to score a test hundred.
Gregory scored the fastest Test hundred only in 70 minutes against South Africa in the year 1921 at Johannesburg.
