Top 5 players with most consecutive T20 matches

Can you name the player, who has played the most number of consecutive T20 matches? Can you imagine, a player from Afghanistan is there among the top 5?

#5 As of now, Kevin O'Brien of Ireland has played the 5th most number of consecutive matches in T20 History. He had played 46 consecutive matches between 2 August 2008 and 6 February 2016.

#4 Currently, Mohammad Shahzad of Afghanistan has played the 4th most number of consecutive T20 matches. He had played 48* consecutive matches between 1 February 2010 and 27 March 2016.

#3 Shahid Afridi of Pakistan has played the 3rd most number of consecutive matches. He had played 48 consecutive matches between 23 September 2012 and 25 March 2016.

#2 Saeed Ajmal of Pakistan has played the 2nd most number of consecutive matches in T20s. He had played 54 consecutive matches between 7 May 2009 and 23 August 2013.

#1 And in the history of T20s, Angelo Mathews of Sri Lanka has played the most number of consecutive matches. He had played 55 consecutive matches between 8 June 2009 and 30 July 2015.
