He achieved this feat in the year 1991 at Faisalabad and the victim was Brian Lara of West Indies.

Shane Thomson of New Zealand is the 4th bowler to accomplish this landmark in ODIs.
He achieved this feat in the year 1990 at Dunedin and the victim was Mohammad Azharuddin of India.

Shahid Mahboob of Pakistan is the 3rd bowler to accomplish this landmark in ODIs.
He achieved this feat in the year 1982 at Lahore and the victim was Krishnamachari Srikkanth of India.

Clive Lloyd of West Indies is the 2nd bowler to accomplish this landmark in ODIs.
He achieved this feat in the year 1973 at Oval and the victim was Mike Smith of England.

And in ODI history, Geoff Arnold of England is the 1st bowler ever to take a wicket off first ball of his ODI career.
He achieved this feat in the year 1972 at Manchester and the victim was Graeme Watson of Australia.
