Tapash Baisya of Bangladesh currently occupies the 4th spot in the list with an economy rate of 12.42.
Baisya had given 87 runs in 7 overs against England in the year 2005 at Nottingham.

Lasith Malinga of Sri Lanka occupies the 3rd spot with an economy rate of 12.52.
Malinga had given 96 runs in 7.4 overs against India in the year 2012 at Hobart.

Max Sorensen of Ireland occupies the 2nd spot with an economy rate of 12.66.
Sorensen had given 76 runs in 6 overs against South Africa in the year 2015 at Canberra.

And finally, in an ODI, Kevin O'Brien of Ireland has the worst economy rate of 13.57.
O'Brien had given 95 runs in 7 overs against South Africa in the year 2015 at Canberra.
