As of now, as a wicketkeeper Kumar Sangakkara of Sri Lanka has the 5th highest individual score of 169 runs in ODIs.
Sangakkara had achieved this feat against South Africa in the year 2013 at Colombo.

Kiwi wicketkeeper Luke Ronchi currently occupies the 4th spot in with 170* runs,
scored against Sri Lanka in the year 2015 at Dunedin.

Australian wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist currently occupies the 3rd spot with 172 runs,
scored against Zimbabwe in the year 2004 at Hobart.

South African wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock currently occupies the 2nd spot with 178 runs,
scored against Australia in the year 2016 at Centurion.

And finally, as a wicketkeeper MS Dhoni of India has the highest individual score of 183* runs in ODIs.
Dhoni had achieved this feat against Sri Lanka in the year 2005 at Jaipur.
