As of date, Kumar Sangakkara of Sri Lanka has done the 5th most number of stumpings in T20s.
Sanga did 20 stumpings in 56 matches, between 2006 and 2014.

Mohammad Shahzad of Afghanistan currently occupies the 4th spot in the list with 20 stumpings.
Shahzad did these stumpings in 48 matches, between 2010 and 2016.

MS Dhoni of India occupies the 3rd spot with 22 stumpings.
Dhoni did these stumpings in 73 matches, between 2006 and 2016.

Mushfiqur Rahim of Bangladesh occupies the 2nd spot with 23 stumpings.
Mushfiqur did these stumpings in 57 matches, between 2006 and 2016.

Finally, Kamran Akmal of Pakistan has done the most number of stumpings in T20s.
Akmal did 32 stumpings in 54 matches, between 2006 and 2014.
