Mark Chapman of Hong Kong occupies the 3rd place with 124* runs.
He achieved this feat against the United Arab Emirates on 16 November 2015 at Dubai.

Colin Ingram of South Africa occupies the 2nd place with 124 runs on his debut.
He achieved this feat against Zimbabwe on 15 October 2010 at Bloemfontein.

And Desmond Haynes of West Indies occupies the top place with 148 runs on his ODI debut.
He achieved this feat against Australia on 22 February 1978 at St John's.
