As of now, Brian Lara of West Indies has the 5th fastest ODI hundred to his name.
Lara took only 45 balls to score the hundred against Bangladesh in the year 1999 at Dhaka.

Currently, Mark Boucher of South Africa has hit the 4th fastest hundred in ODIs.
Boucher took only 44 balls to score the hundred against Zimbabwe in the year 2006 at Potchefstroom.

Shahid Afridi of Pakistan has hit the 3rd fastest hundred.
Afridi took only 37 balls to score the hundred against Sri Lanka in the year 1996 at Nairobi.

Corey Anderson of New Zealand has hit the 2nd fastest hundred.
Anderson took only 36 balls to score the hundred against West Indies in the year 2014 at Queenstown.

And finally, Mr. 360°, AB de Villiers of South Africa currently has the fastest ODI ton to his name.
de Villiers took only 31 balls to score the hundred against West Indies in the year 2015 at Johannesburg.
