Grimmett had achieved this feat against England in the year 1925 at Sydney.

Jason Krejza of Australia currently occupies the 4th spot in the list with 12 wickets for 358 runs in 74.5 overs.
Krejza had achieved this feat against India in the year 2008 at Nagpur.

Fred Martin of England occupies the 3rd spot with 12 wickets for 102 runs in 57.2 overs.
Martin had achieved this feat against Australia in the year 1890 at The Oval.

Bob Massie of Australia occupies the 2nd spot with 16 wickets for 137 runs in 60.1 overs.
Massie had achieved this feat against England in the year 1972 at Lord's.

And finally, Narendra Hirwani of India currently has the best bowling figure in a match of 16 wickets for 136 runs in 33.5 overs on his Test debut.
Hirwani had achieved this feat against West Indies in the year 1988 at Chennai.
