Well, here is the list of top 5!

As of now, Team West Indies is at no. 5 of throwing most no balls in a Test innings. West Indies threw 37 no balls out of total 234 runs spent from 63 overs against Australia at Perth in 1988.

Again Team West Indies is at no. 4 in this list.
West Indies threw 38 no balls out of total 435 runs spent from 122 overs against Pakistan at Georgetown in 1988.

Team Sri Lanka is at no. 3.
