Well, here is the list of top 5!

As of now, Team West Indies is at no. 5 of throwing most no balls in a T20 innings. West Indies threw 6 no balls out of total 143 runs spent from 20 overs against Pakistan at Gros Islet in 2011.

Again Team West Indies is at no. 4 in this list. West Indies threw 6 no balls out of total 173 runs spent from 19.4 overs against England at Nottingham in 2012.
