Top 5 ODI Innings with most no balls

Can you guess which team carries this bad record of carelessly throwing most extras in the form of no balls in an ODI innings?
Well, here is the list of top 5!

As of now Team West Indies is at no. 5 of throwing most no balls in an ODI innings. West Indies threw 16 no balls out of total 150 runs spent from 46.5 overs against South Africa at Port Elizabeth in 1993.

Currently Team Australia is at no. 4 in this list. Australia threw 18 no balls out of total 313 runs spent from 50 overs against West Indies at St John's in 1978.

Again Team Australia is at no. 3. Australia threw 18 no balls out of total 190 runs spent from 41.4 overs against Sri Lanka at Adelaide in 1999.

Once again Team Australia is at no. 2. Australia threw 19 no balls out of total 301 runs spent from 50 overs against Zimbabwe at Perth in 2001.

And in the history of ODIs, Team Pakistan is at the top of carelessly throwing most no balls in an ODI innings.  Pakistan threw 20 no balls out of total runs spent 349 from 50 overs against India at Karachi in 2004.
